Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms All bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show. By completing a booking, the client agrees to these terms in full. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. • No rescheduling fee will be charged if this 72-hour notice requirement is met. • All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. • Requests made less than 72 hours in advance will not be accommodated and will be treated as a no-show. 3. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing at least 72 hours’ notice will be classified as a no-show. • In such cases, the full session fee will be forfeited. • No credit, rescheduling, or refund will be provided. 4. Late Arrival Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled session may be refused service, with the session deemed a no-show at the discretion of the provider. 5. Provider-Initiated Changes In rare situations where the provider must cancel or amend a scheduled appointment, clients will be offered either: • a full refund, or • an alternative appointment at no additional cost. These terms are applied in good faith and at the sole discretion of the provider.
